Meet the staff of Bonnier Solutions:

“I like Mondays – I want to get to work and continue with my projects.”

09 May 2018

Nima Razmgah works as an integration specialist.

Nima Razmgah is 30 years old and lives in Kungsholmen, in Stockholm. He has a degree in IT and communication technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. After graduating, a friend introduced him to a job as a support engineer at Scandic hotel group.
“Like many others, I thought I’d get my dream job straight away, but that’s not how it works. You have to get experience and build a foundation before finding what you really want to do”, says Nima Razmgah.

Razmgah continued to other positions within Scandic, such as system specialist and system administrator. He stayed for seven years before being tempted to join Bonnier Solutions as an integration developer. “That was in August last year and it felt like the position would really suit me.”

Group Expertise
A part of the Bonnier Group, Bonnier Solutions is a service company which offers the Nordic Bonnier companies expertise in finance, HR and payroll management.

“Bonnier Solutions manages the core systems, such as the Unit4 Business World business system (formerly Agresso). We receive information from local systems, transform it and submit it into the central system”, says Razmgah.

What do you enjoy about your job?
“I have a new role, doing something that I like but have not done since university, and that is programming. The challenges we face on a daily basis can be difficult, but at the same time it is fun to solve these issues. Seeing the result when the work is done is a good feeling.

Razmgah thinks that many find it hard to understand that sitting in front of a computer all day can be enjoyable.

When we are done, our end users get something to work with. Being part of that flow is great fun. I like Mondays – I want to get to work and continue my projects

What makes a good colleague?
“A person who is open to dialogue, who can give and take constructive feedback, is loyal and shows respect.”

Depending on the project, Razmgah is usually based at Bonnier Solutions’ head office at Kungsholmstorg, but occasionally at other Bonnier offices. “There is a family atmosphere at Bonnier Solutions. It’s not too big, I recognise everyone and that’s a good thing.”

Does your job involve any challenges?
“It’s a big group and I’m quite new, so I’m still finding my feet when it comes to all the different businesses.”

What do you like most about your job?
“Working with my colleagues. We like to talk and it is never awkward or boring, even if everyone is completely absorbed in their tasks. The good atmosphere makes the job all the more enjoyable.”

What does your future at Bonnier Solutions hold?
“I focus on what I have in front of me at the moment and try to do my best. As I said, I have not been here that long, but as far as I understand, there are plenty of opportunities within Bonnier Solutions.”
